“In my view, this is an iconic hotel, with a truly spectacular lobby and amazing rooms, perfectly situated near every key area; the staff is first-rate. However, breakfast needs upgrades and coffee lovers will not enjoy their morning brew here. Overall, I would recommend it, but with slight reservations.”

mixed experience , some issues noted
no coffee machine basic amenities
the location was convenient , close to many attractions.
i was annoyed that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room , a pretty basic thing to expect. also , i found the absence of cotton pads and cotton buds inconvenient. needing to call down every time i needed them felt unnecessary. i definitely expected these items in a 5-star hotel and was quite disappointed not to find them available.

Regal Retreat
room upgrade amazing service
My stay included a room upgrade because I am a Platinum Elite member. This gave us an very nice Beautiful King Room Garden View. The front desk manager sent champagne to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. This showed great attention. I enjoyed evening cocktails, including one of the best Moscow mules I have ever had. The bartenders crafted each drink with care and precision.
The hotel lacked a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, which I believe are basic amenities for a five-star hotel. I also thought that the cups and glasses were not as clean and new as expected. The cups and glasses did not match the high standards.

The room was spacious and immaculate. It featured comfortable bedding and high-quality linens. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. It was well-appointed.

The staff was friendly and professional. They fulfilled every request promptly. The front desk staff and concierge were pretty good in making my stay enjoyable. The concierge team was helpful for all our day trip plans.

The lobby bar provided very good service and a selection of drinks. The breakfast buffet was a daily delight. It offered a wide array of choices and fresh ingredients. Valet parking was available for added convenience.
